EPDC has built customized HIPE (High-level Interactive Projections for Education) models for the Ministries of Education in Namibia, Pakistan and Southern Sudan to strengthen their capacity to use education data for evidence-based decision making and education and budget planning. All country models contain national and sub-national data and projections for planning at the regional level. EPDC staff has conducted workshops and training on the use of education data, data visualization, and projection models to ministry officials in these countries. Any interest in customized country models is encouraged to be shared with EPDC by writing to epdc@fhi360.org.
