This edition of the newsletter details a recent collaboration with the Global Monitoring Report team in projecting financial gaps in 46 low-income countries, to achieve Education for All by 2015. It also announces new education profiles and projections using HIPE for several African countries, and profiles for the 2009 EFA FTI annual report.
