Forecasting Human Capital: Using Demographic Multi-State Methods by Age, Sex, and Education

This working paper presents demographic, multi-state population projections as a tool to demonstrate the long-term effects of human capital on near-term investments in education. This paper demonstrates the feasibility of the method through three education projections for Guinea, Nicaragua, and Zambia.
