These powerpoint slides used for the Comparative and International Education Society (CIES) annual meeting in Vancouver in March 2016 highlight forthcoming research on education inequality. The study employs a Oaxaca-Blinder decomposition to estimate the contribution of education to gaps in salaried employment and wages, across 25 low and middle income country economies.
