Methodology for Measuring Education Output

In this report, EPDC presents a methodology for estimating the output of education services in low and middle income countries. The methodology, which was developed at the request of the World Bank's International Comparison Program Global Office, focuses on the measurement of two major elements of education: volume of services and quality of outcomes.
